Return and Refund Policy

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return and Exchange Option:

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at info@australianhistoryart.com.au. Please note that returns or exchanges will need to be sent to the following address: 3-396 Port Hacking Road, Caringbah NSW 2229.

If your return or exchange is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Please note that we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or similar reasons.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and it is essential that you contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This prompt communication allows us to promptly evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right for you.

In cases of defects, damages, or wrong items received, we kindly request that you provide photo or video evidence of the issue when contacting us. This visual documentation assists us in quickly assessing the problem and expediting the resolution process. Your cooperation in providing clear and accurate evidence is greatly appreciated and helps us serve you better.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return or exchange, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you'll have the option to choose between a refund or an exchange.

If you select a refund, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
