DESCRIPTION
Harry Bloomfield is almost unknown in Australian sporting history; however, he is the first man to captain Rugby League from the Parramatta District, Cumberland, even taking the team colors from Parramatta Council. Harry scored the first try, kicked the first goal, represented NSW, and scored for NSW against Queensland in 1908. The image of Harry is the only one available in Australia, held by Australian History Art. This print is unique and will increase in value. The print is in limited numbers, with only 51 copies available for purchase. Harry played strongly and represented with determination and honor.
