DESCRIPTION

The Rugby League point-scoring machine Harold Horder was enticed to North Sydney in 1921, where he set about creating records, breaking records, and propelling North Sydney into its most successful period on record. Regarded as one of the greatest wingers ever to play rugby league in Australia, Harold scored a single-game high point-scoring record in 1922. Harold is recorded as scoring one of the greatest individual tries in Australian rugby league history in 1912. Slight in build, he made up for it in tenacity and skill, becoming one of the greatest. Harold scored 20 points for North Sydney in the 1922 grand final to secure the win. A true champion on and off the field, he represented his teams and himself with distinction and honor.
